<br />Now, Therefore, <br /> <br />Based upon the aforementioned findings, and pursuant to the authority provided in the Eugene <br />Code, the Traffic Engineer orders that: <br /> <br />1. A bike lane shall be marked along the east side of Washington Street north from 13th <br />Avenue to 1 st Avenue; <br /> <br />2. On-street parking shall be removed along the west side of Washington Street between <br />13th Avenue and 8th Avenue; and <br /> <br />3.
