<br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Administrative Rule R-5.040TD, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> <br />1. A traffic diverter, including appropriate signing, shall be established on <br />Alder Street south of the intersection of East 32nd Avenue. <br /> <br />2. The traffic diverter be constructed across the western half of Alder Street <br />in such a way as to prohibit traffic, with the exception of bicycles, from turning or <br />continuing southbound on Alder Street. <br /> <br />Dated this /7 J]l day of November, 1994 <br /> <br />t5J~JJ1. <br /> <br />Brant Williams, Traffic Engineer <br />
