SB-9S-14 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER of the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon Establishing a Residential Per.mit Parking Zone For the South Side of W Broadway Between Washington Street and Lawrence Street The Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: A. Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones Regulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. B. On February 8, 1995, the City received an application signed by over 50% of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit parking zone for the south side of W Broadway between Washington and Lawrence Streets. C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking zone was given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the proposed zone. D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity with the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. NOW, THEREFORE, Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: zone: 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit parking The The one block section of W Broadway on the south side between Washington and Lawrence Streets. 2. The zone shall be designated Zone E and shall allow 2-hour public parking between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and except Zone E permitted vehicles. 3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone designated herein may apply for a Zone E permit entitling the holder thereof to preferential long-term parking at Zone E signed parking areas within the designated zone. 4.
