Reinforce existing bridge to accommodate emergency vehicles. <br />* Should' Art in the Vineyard' (or any big event) occur in this park? They (Carol Brewster, <br />LRCS) say no other space in the city works for them. They will work within limitations. <br />* Show howl where natural resource enhancement occurs. <br />* Minimal lighting preferred; low level. Keep some area dark. <br />* Need restrooms in east portion. (Maybe composting?) <br />* Support for new foot bridge shown south of Wistec. <br />* Landscaping along path to guide pedestrian traffic. <br />
