<br />2. Parking shall be prohibited on both sides of Almaden Street within fifty feet of the <br />closure to provide for a vehicle turn-around area. <br /> <br />3. Pedestrian and bicycle access shall be provided through the barricade. <br /> <br />4. Right turns from 3rd Avenue to Taylor Street shall be prohibited for trucks and all <br />trucks eastbound on 3rd Avenue shall be directed to 2nd Avenue. <br /> <br />5.
