aRDINANCE No. ~~~~~ AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IN WILLOW CREEK CIRCLE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF 18TH AVENUE AND WI~..~.OW~ CREEK ROAD TO 2200 FEET WEST; ANO SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER FROM WESTERN TERMINUS OF WILLOW CREEK CIRCLE TO 800 FEET SOUTH:; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19158, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Counc i 1 of the City of Eugene finds that: On June 27, 1983, there was passed. by the Council and approved by the Mayor, Ordinance Na. 19158, lev.yir~g an estir~ated assessment against the properties listed an the A~ssessr~ent Roll attached thereto for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer i n iii 11 ow Creek..,Ci rc l e from the intersection of 18th Avenue and Willow Creek Road to 2200~feet west; and sanitary sewer and storm sewer from western terminus of~Wil1aw Creek Circle to 800 feet south. { Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment ra11 attached to Ordinance No. 19158 should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments for the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 197'1, Ordinance Na. 19158 passed by the Cauncil`ar~d approved by the Mayor on June 21, 1983, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Ralf attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed thereon. Sectian~2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to the docket of city liens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. 19158 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full force and effect. Section 4. It is necessary that the above corrections be made as soon as posse, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance sha11 be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
