c:ns~nurru.~7' ~ $~36`16D <br />~IRL~ ~ ~.~~5~ ORDINANCE NO. ~ ea~, 7 <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit: <br />The alley lying between the north line of <br />lots 7, 8 and 9 and the south line of lots <br />1~, 11 and 12, Block 29; Driverton Addition <br />to Eugene as platted and recorded in Volume <br />4, Page 22, Lane County Oregon Plat Records. <br />RESERVING herein a public utility easement <br />upon the easterly 25 feet of the above described <br />property for location and maintenance of <br />the existing anchor which is part of the <br />overhead electrical system located in the <br />north--south alley to the east. <br />On the 11th day of July, 1984, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19263 setting a hearing <br />to be held on the 15th day of August, 19$4, at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place pro tests <br />and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation <br />of the above described alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and <br />at said time and place the City Council continued the hearing <br />to September 12, 1984 at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, <br />Oregon, at noon, Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and <br />place the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting the alley to be vacated <br />have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EDGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been <br />1- Ordinance <br />
