ORDINANCE NA. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADAPTING THE GLENWOOD JURISDICTIANAL <br />STUDY AND SELECTING ALTERNATIVE 2 AF THAT STUDY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DAES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Glenwood Jurisdictional Study of 1984, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />is hereby received and adopted, <br />Section 2. "Alternative ~" set forth on Pages V-4 and v~-5 <br />.. of the Glenwood Jurisdictional Study that the City of Eugene <br />assume jurisdictional responsibility for all of Glenwood is <br />hereby adopted, <br />Section 3. The City Manager and staff are directed to take <br />whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to reflect that the <br />policy of the City of Eugene is as set forth in the Alternative <br />herein adopted, <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />8th day of Actober, 1984 <br />~S ~ City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />8th day of October .1984 <br />Mayor <br />
