ORDINANCE N0. f 9~8~' <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SOUTHERN WILLAMETTE PRIMATE <br />INDUSTRY COUNCIL UNDER THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT <br />PUBLIC LAW 97-3CO}; AMENDING SECTION 2.013 DF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; REPEALING SECTIONS 2.137, 2.139, AND 2.141 OF <br />THAT CODE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The table of boards, commissions and committees contained <br />in subsection ~1} of Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereb <br />Y <br />amended by deleting the reference therein to JTPA Eugene Private Industr <br />y <br />Council. <br />Section 2.
