ORDINANCE No, 19294 <br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FQR SANITARY <br />SEWER IN COUNTRY CLUB RQAD FROM WILLAGILLESPIS <br />RQAD To 200 FEET EAST; AND SANITARY SEWER 200 <br />FEET EAST of WILLAGILLESPIE RQAD FRAM 400 <br />FEET NORTH OF COUNTRY CLUB ROAD To COUNTRY <br />CLUB RQAD IN THE CITY OF EUGENE, LANE COUNTY, <br />OREGON; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE No. 19260 of <br />THE CITY of EUGENE. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution <br />No. 3846, adopted April 11, 1954, determine to construct sanitary <br />sewer in Country Club Raad from Willagillespie Road to 2~~ feet <br />east; and sanitary sewer 2~~ feet east of Willagillespie Road <br />from 4~~ feet north of Country Club Road to Country Club Road. <br />The City Council authorized the execution of a contract far <br />the construction of the local improvements on June ~5, 1984. <br />The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial <br />amount to be assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be: <br />Item 1.
