ORDINANCE No. I9298 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE Roots TAX SUBCOM- <br />MITTEE; AMENDING SECTION 2.013 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; REPEALING SECTIONS 2.071 2.072, <br />AND 2.073 of THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The table of boardsr committees and commissions <br />set forth in subsection ~ 1 ~ of Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, <br />i 1971, is hereby amended by deleting the Room Tax Subcommittee <br />therefrom. <br />Section 2. Sections 2.071 ~ 2.072 ~ nd 2.0?3 of the Eugene <br />Cade, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. That the matters contained herein concern the <br />public welfare, and in order to eliminate confusion or conflict <br />in the duties or responsibilities of City boards or commissions, <br />an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the City <br />Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this Approved by the Mayor this <br />„~ day of November - 1984 g day of November , 1984 <br />~ f I ,w <br />~~ C ty Recorder Mayo <br />
