<br />and directives of the City Council, comparable to the fees established in other jurisdictions for <br />providing such services, and are necessary in order to comply with the City Council's directive and <br />the requirements of Section 7.300 of the Eugene Code, 1971, that all of the City's costs related to <br />processing the applications for the permits and inspecting the work during and after completion of <br />the work be fully recovered. <br /> <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> <br />1. The fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as the fees to be charged <br />for the services set forth therein as of the effective date of this order. <br /> <br />2.
