Providers have the option of obtaining individual right-of-way cut permits for each excavation activity <br />performed within the right-of-way or obtaining an annual blanket permit which covers many activities <br />associated with maintenance and minor installations within the right-of-way. The regulations pertaining to <br />the annual blanket permit program are contained within Administrative Rule R-7.302-A-2. <br />6. Individual Permit Costs for collector streets and alleys are charged the same as local streets. <br />7. Individual Permit Costs for Public Utility Easements (PUE) abutting street right-of-way shall be charged <br />at the same rate as if the placement had been in that right-of-way.
