<br />~lIY !"11E l\iO. ~~-q;g-02- , <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />Director of Planning, Development & Building <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />The Director of the Planning, Development & Building <br />Department of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />By Administrative Order of January _, 1989, Micheal D. <br />Gleason, City Manager of the City of Eugene, delegated his <br />authority to execute on behalf of the City agreements governing <br />annexation, and to carry out the City Manager's responsibilities <br />under section 2.212 of the Eugene Code, 1971 with respect to <br />requests for extraterritorial water service extensions, sewer <br />service extensions, or provision of water or sewer service to <br />special service districts to myself, as Director of the Planning, <br />Development & Building Department of the City of Eugene. <br /> <br />That Administrative Order further specifically authorized me <br />to in turn delegate any of those duties or responsibilities. <br /> <br />It would be more efficient, and in the public interest to <br />delegate to Patricia Decker, Principal Planner in the Planning, <br />Development & Building Department of the city of Eugene, the <br />authority to execute on behalf of the city of Eugene, agreements <br />governing annexation, and to delegate to Jim Croteau, Principal <br />Planner in the Planning, Development & Building Department of the <br />City of Eugene, authority to receive requests for <br />extraterritorial water service extensions, sewer service <br />extensions, or provision of water or sewer service to special <br />service districts, and to submit the city's favorable <br />recommendation on such requests to the Lane County Local <br />Government Boundary Commission in conformity with the provisions <br />of section 2.212 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE , <br /> <br />THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING <br />DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS THAT: <br /> <br />Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted: <br /> <br />1. patricia Decker, Principal Planner, is hereby delegated <br />the duty, responsibility, and authority of the Director of <br />Planning, Development & Building of the City of Eugene to execute <br />on behalf of the City, all agreements required to be executed in <br />connection with annexations, including any notices of such <br />agreements, modifications of the agreements, or other documents <br />required by the agreements to be subsequently executed; and <br /> <br />2. Jim Croteau, Principal Planner, is hereby delegated the <br /> <br />Administrative Order <br />
