<br />CITY FILE NO. 57, - qo- '7-/__., <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br /> <br />CONCERNING FEES FOR PROCESSING TECHNICAL CODE APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> <br />1. provisions of Chapter 8 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and <br />section 2.020 of that Code authorize the City Manager to determine <br />and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for services, <br />goods, use of municipal property, and licenses and permits. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on <br />October 5, 1990 I notified the Mayor and city Council that I <br />intended to establish fees associated with the technical codes <br />adopted in Chapter 8 of the Eugene Code, 1971 as set forth in the <br />Notice of Intended Fees attached thereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated therein by reference. The Notice was also posted in <br />several City office locations on October 5, 1990. No written <br />comments were received within the time or in the manner required <br />by the Notice. <br /> <br />3. I find that the proposed fees set forth in Exhibit A <br />hereto are consistent with applicable policies and directives of <br />the City Council, comparable to the fees established in other <br />jurisdictions for processing such applications, within the limits <br />established by the State of Oregon in each of the technical codes, <br />and necessary in order to defray the City I s cost in processing <br />applications and performing the services in connection therewith. <br /> <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> <br />1. The fees associated with the technical codes adopted in <br />Chapter 8 of the Eugene Code, 1971 as set forth on Exhibit A hereto <br />which is incorporated herein by reference, are hereby established <br />as the fees to be charged for the services set forth therein. <br /> <br />2.
