<br />1.2 The adoption, amendment, or repeal of any fees or fee schedules <br />authorized therein; and <br /> <br />1.3 The City Manager's decision making authority with respect to <br />appeals and determinations to implement legal proceedings on behalf of the <br />City under Sections 9.1182 or 9.1186 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />2.
