<br /><~ _- q-'Z ...-\?.. <br />CITY FILE NO, -=-"' <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />Building & Permit Services Division Manager <br />Planning & Development Department <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />The Manager of the Building & Permit Services Division of the Planning & <br />Development Department of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />A. The Director of the City's Planning and Development Department of the <br />City of Eugene, as the City Manager's designee, has by Administrative order <br />delegated me the duties and responsibilities to be performed by the City <br />Manager under Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, except: <br /> <br />1. The adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rules authorized therein; <br /> <br />2. The adoption, amendment, or repeal of any fees or fee schedules <br />authorized therein; and <br /> <br />3. The City Manager's decision making authority with respect to ap- <br />peals and determinations to implement legal proceedings on behalf of the City <br />under Sections 9.1182 or 9.1186 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />B. That Administrative Order further specifically authorized me to in turn <br />delegate any of the"duties or responsibilities delegated to me therein. <br /> <br />C. It would be more efficient, and in the public interest to delegate some <br />of those duties and responsibilities as hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />THE MANAGER OF THE BUILDING AND PERMIT SERVICES DIVISION OF THE PLANNING & <br />DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS THAT: <br /> <br />1. The above findings are adopted. <br /> <br />2. The duties, responsibilities, and authority delegated to me by the <br />Director of Planning & Development as the designee of the City Manager, to <br />carry out the City Manager's duties and responsibilities under Chapter 9 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971, except any of the duties specifically reserved to the <br />City Manager as referred to in Finding A above, are hereby delegated to the <br />Code Compliance Manager. <br /> <br />3.
