<br />3.5 Operate within ten feet of any crosswalk; <br /> <br />3.6 Operate on a sidewalk adjacent to a contra-flow bicycle lane or within <br />ten feet of any travel lane, except for peddlers without equipment, and peddlers with <br />equipment so small it does not create an obvious obstruction. The equipment must <br />be carried on the person; <br /> <br />3.7 Operate or display wares in an area adjacent to East 13th Avenue <br />between Kincaid Street and Hilyard Street, or adjacent to Alder Street from the alley <br />north of East 13th Avenue to the alley south of East 13th Avenue. <br /> <br />R.3.336.N Reserved. <br /> <br />R-3.336-0 Enforcement. <br /> <br />1. Authorized city personnel or independent contractors authorized by the City <br />Manager may issue notices of violation for a violation of these Regulations. If the violation <br />takes place in the presence of a police officer, a citation may be issued by the officer. <br /> <br />2. A notice of violation shall state with reasonable particularity any regulation or <br />section of the Eugene Code, 1971 alleged to have been violated; and shall be signed by the <br />person issuing the same. <br /> <br />3. Nothing in these regulations shall prohibit the service of complaints by police <br />officers. In the event a violator is issued a citation, the report shall be promptly forwarded <br />to the City Attorney for a determination as to issuance of the complaint. <br /> <br />4.
