<br />Establishment of the above proposed fees is necessary in order to comply with <br />directives of the City Council that the cost of providing City services be recovered from the <br />user or beneficiaries of such services; the proposed fees are comparable to the fees charged <br />in other jurisdictions; reflect the increase in personnel costs incurred by the City since <br />establishment of the current fees; and it is in the public interest and essential for the FY95 <br />City Budget that these proposed fees be established and implemented as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City <br />Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 15 days from the date of posting <br />as indicated below.
