ORDINANCE NO .. 7 rp~ <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 3,305, 3.306 <br />AND 3.347 GF THE EUGENE CODES 1971; AND DECLAR- <br />ING AN E~SERGENCY . <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN A5 FDLLawS: <br />Section 1, Sections .3,345, 3.306 and 3.3Q7 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
