ORDINANCE No. ~ ~»~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING WORK SAFETY PROCEDURES <br />IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-wAY; AMENDING SECTION 7.1D0 <br />OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMER- <br />GENCY. <br />THE CITY CF EUGENE DOES ORDAI.~ AS FOLLowS: <br />Section 1. Section 7.140 of the Eugene Code, 1.971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />7.100 Manual on Traffic Control Devices, Signin etc. For <br />Const~ucti~on and Maintenance on Streets and Highwa s. <br />The Manual on Traffic Control Devices, Signing, etc, for Con <br />struction and Maintenance on Streets and Highways,, April, 1981 <br />Edition, prepared and approved by the City of Eugene Traffic <br />Engineering Division, Department of Public Works, copies of <br />which are on file in the Department of Public works, is hereby <br />adopted in its entirety, and all portions of the Manual on <br />file in the office of the Department of Public Works are hereby <br />referred to and adopted and by this reference thereto made a <br />part of this code, as though fully set out herein. <br />Section 2.
