ORD ZNANCE Nq . ~ $l7l <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ExECUTZON OF DOCUMENTS <br />CONCERNING THE LEASING AND FINANCING OF THE <br />EUGENE CONFERENCE CENTER. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE. DOES ORDAIN As FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Lease-Purchase Agreement, Trust Indenture, <br />Intergovernmental Agreement and Underwriting Agreement, attached <br />hereto as Exhibits A, E, C and D respecti~rely, are adopted, and the <br />City Manager is authorized to execute the same, subject to the modi- <br />fications described in Section 2, which modifications shall be <br />approved by Council Resolution prior to execution of the documents. <br />Section 2.
