Council of the City of Eugene, held at the Cour~ei~, Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 29th day of April, ~,98~,, there was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an Ordinance setting a hearing to be held on the 8th day of June, 1981, at 7:30 p.m., Pacif is Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the ~racation by Ordi~- nance of the City Council of the following.
