18183 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />i~~provement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7,18Q of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />~~otice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has hea~,^d any and all protests, <br />ab~ections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EdGETIE DOES ORaAIN AS FOLLQWS: <br />Section 1.
