Subsection ~3~. of Section 2..835 of the Eugene Coder <br />19 71 ~.s hereby amended to p~o~ride.: <br />2.835 Personal Pxopexty Sa7,e ~Proced~u~e~~ -~ Precedin Sale. <br />~:3~. zf no person appears and establishes his ownership <br />of or interest~in the property prior to the expiration of six <br />months after the date that the personal property has come into <br />the possession of the police departments the city shall sell <br />the property pursuant to section 2.$40r or upon approval of the <br />city manager shall transfer the property to public use by enter- <br />ing it on the city's fixed asset inventory. <br />Section 2.
