<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting o~ the Caty Council
<br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Ha~,l,
<br />Eugene, Oregon, on the 20th day of May, 1981, there were passed by
<br />the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, Ordinances setting hearings to be held on the
<br />24th day of June, 1951, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the
<br />Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the purpose of
<br />hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacations by Ordinance
<br />of_ .the City Council of the following:

<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lat 2, Block 3,
<br />Tabor Park, as platted and recorded in Book 58, Page
<br />9, Lane County Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon;
<br />thence East 114.22 feet along the South border of said
<br />Lot 2, to a point on the west margin of Tabor Street;
<br />thence South l0 feet along said. Tabor Street; thence
<br />west 114.26 feet along the north boundary of Lot 3,
<br />Block 3~of said Tabor Park; thence North 10 feet to
<br />the point of beginning, all in Zane County, Oregon.
<br />RESERVING herein an easement on the ground, be-
<br />neath the ground and above the ground far public utili-
<br />ties, and the right to enter thereon for the purposes
