NOTICE OF VACATIONS
<br />TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CDNCERN:
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council
<br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Ha,11,
<br />Eugene, Oregon, on the 20th day of May, 1981, there were passed by
<br />the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, Ordinances setting hearings to be held on the
<br />24th day of furze, 1981, at 12:x0 noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the
<br />Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the purpose of
<br />hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacations by Ordinance
<br />af.the City Council of the following:
<br />PEDESTRIAN WAY VACATION
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 3,
<br />Tabor Park, as platted and recorded in Book 58, Fage
<br />9, Lane County Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon;
<br />thence East 114.22 feet along the South border of said
<br />Lot 2, to a point on the west margin of Tabor Street;
<br />thence South 10 feet a~lon~g said. Tabor Street; thence
<br />hest 114.26 feet along the north boundary of Lot 3,
<br />Block 3 of said Tabor Park; thence Narth 10 feet to
<br />the paint of beginning, all in Lane County, Oregon.
<br />RESERVING herein an easement on the ground, be-
<br />neath the ground and above the ground for public utili-
<br />ties, and the right to enter thereon for the purposes
<br />of construction, reconstruction and maintenance thereof,

<br />thence South 89°55'30" west 35 feet to the true point of
<br />beginning; thence North 3°2'21" East llx feet more or
<br />less, tv a point which is the common lot line of Lots l
<br />and 2 of said Flock 2 of Judson; thence North 31°20'19"
<br />~~est 71 feet, more or less, to a point on the west boun-
<br />dary of said Lat l; thence South 0°15' east 20 feet,
