The hearing wa,s held on the ZOth day of May, 1981, <br />at noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in <br />the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described public utility easement <br />is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
