ORDINANCE NO . $ ~ ~ r <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNrNG THE JOLNT PACKS COMMITTEE; <br />AND AMENDING SECTYON 2.013 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />The City's Director of Parks and Recreation has requested that <br />the membership of the Joint Parks Committee, which was created by <br />Council action and presently consists of two Councilors and two Plan- <br />ning Commission members be increased by adding two citizen members. <br />Citizen in~rol~rement in the Committeets activities would be in <br />the best public interest, a~,d the table of City Boards, Commissions <br />and Committees contained in Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />ahould be amended to reflect the Council`s action of adding two citi- <br />zen members to the Joint Parks Committee. <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DIES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1.
