180$ <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.170 through 1.180 of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF' El1GEP~E QOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of Sanitary sewer and storm sewer 60 feet <br />north of vernan Way from Calvin Street to Arcadia Street and sidewalk on the west <br />side of Calvin Street from Dulles Street to 400 feet south, and paving and sanitary <br />sewer in Calvin Street from GQ feet north of vernan Way to S0 feet north of Dulles <br />Street. <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 69,~24.~4 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
