S g~I_ <br />AN ORDINANCE CpNCERNING THE SIGN COpE; AMENDING <br />SECTION $.674 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDALN A5 ~'OLL~WS: <br />Section 1. Section 8.674 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by adding a new subparagraph ~h~ thereto, to read and pro- <br />vide: <br />$.670 <br />~.h ~ Bus signs . Non - ~ 13 u ~ ~ n a t e-d advertising signs <br />.~.. <br />attached to the exteriors of buses operated by a mass <br />transit district organized under ORS Chapter 267, so <br />long as the surface area of aZ1 such signs placed upon <br />a vehicle does not exceed 11,434 square inches, and <br />the surface area of signs placed upon any one side of <br />a vehicle does not exceed 4,324 square inches. <br />Section 2.
