18819 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in~Sections 7.i10 through 1.1 CC of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners; <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Fugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fu11y considered them. <br />TIFF CITY 4F FUGE~~F QOFS ~RgAII~ AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That the total cast of paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer <br />within and adjacent to Royalwood Subdi:vision, <br />in the City of Fugene, is the sum of $ 55,85,95 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels af~property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />5ectian 2.
