(8832 <br />NOTICE OF ALLEY VACATION <br />TO ALL PERSONS wHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Eugene, Oregon, held at the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 16th day of December, 1981, upon <br />motion duly made, seconded and passed, a hearing was set to be <br />held on the 2Gth day of January, 1982, at 12ry00 noon, Pacific Stand- <br />ard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, far <br />the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vaca- <br />tion by Ordinance of the City Council of the previously tabled alley <br />vacation, to-wit: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Over- <br />look Addition, as platted and recorded in Volume 4, <br />Page 9, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, run thence <br />North along the west line of Augusta Street, 12 feet, <br />thence west parallel with the north line of Overlook, <br />130 feet, thence South 12 feet to the North line of <br />Overlook, thence East 130 feet along the North line <br />of Lot l overlook, to the point of beginning in <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RESERVING herein public utility and bicycle easements <br />over, under, across and upon the entire above des- <br />cribed tract, and the right to enter thereupon for the <br />purposes of construction, reconstruction, repair and <br />maintenance. Lindsey _ AV 75--2 <br />The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed vaca- <br />tion on the 20th day of January, 1982, at 12:00 o'clock noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, <br />Oregon, and will consider an Ordinance vacating the above.
