18839 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.18D of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real praperty has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />Tl~E CITY OF EUGE~~~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cast of .paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer within and adjacent to Laura`s Subdivision (1738} <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of 527,683.4b <br />aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of praperty hereinafter <br />described ip the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
