1884 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating loco] <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.170 through 7.180 of the E~~gene City <br />Code; and <br />Pdatice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />~; of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />.~ objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />~~ ~ TIE CITY OF E~JCEP~dE ~QES ORDAIN AS ~'O~LOWS; <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving and constructing sanitary <br />sewer and storm sewer within Sweetbrier 2nd Addition; and sanitary sewer to <br />serve the area within 160 feet of the earth, south and east boundaries of <br />Sweetbrier 2nd Addition (1120 <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 92,159.91 , aforesaid, which <br />.~~ is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />_. described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
