The hearing was held on the 29th day .of July, l9Sl, <br />at noon, Pacific Daylight Time,. at the Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all ~n~tters necessary to be done in <br />the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described drainage easement is hereby <br />vacated, and the drainage easement so vacated shall revert pursuant to <br />the statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Scotian. 4.
