ORDINANCE N0. ~'~~ <br />AN 4~DINANCE CONCERNING LIMC}US2NE DRIVERS; AMEND- <br />ING SECTrQN 3.010 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES 4RDAZN AS FOLLDwS: <br />Section 1. The table of licensed businesses contained in Sec <br />tion 3.410 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended by inserting <br />the number 20 after Limousine Driver and adding a Note 20 thereto, <br />to provide: <br />3.010 <br />Note 20 - Limousine Driver. The limousine driver appli- <br />cation and license fee shall be waived if the individual is <br />licensed as a taxicab driver by the city. <br />Section 2.
