The polls shall be open in each of the voting pre- <br />cincts at 8:00 0' clod a.,rn. , Pacific Daylight Time, and shall be <br />kept open until 5:00 o'clock p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, on election <br />day. <br />Section G~. The C1e~k acting as ch.a~rman of the Election Board <br />in the Lane County special election shall be chairman of the same <br />board of which he ox she is a ~ member a.n the City election, and the <br />ballots shall be counted and tabulated and the results certifa.ed as <br />provided by law. <br />Section 7. The City Recorder is hereby directed to give not <br />less than ten days notice of the special election by publication of <br />one notice thereof in the Eugene Register Guard, a newspaper publish-- <br />ed in the City and of genexal circulation therein. <br />Section 8.
