ORDINANCE NO . ~~$ 'S ~•. <br />AN ORDINANCE CQNCER~'TNG THE RE'~ENTION OF CITY <br />RECORDS; REPEALING ORDZNA~CE No. 12651; AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLLOwS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~1~ of Section 2.425 of the Eugene Code, <br />191 provides that the period of time that City records are required <br />to be maintained shall be~.establshed by Resolution of the Council <br />and, therefore, ordinance No. 12651 passed by the Council on May 14, <br />1962 and approved by the Mayor on Maur 15, 1962, which sets forth <br />retention periods for City records and the procedures to be followed <br />is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
