1853 <br />Lion, capacity, and first aid suppli,es~ and equipment of each <br />invalid or wheel-chair co.ach~pro~osed to be operated is in full <br />compliance with. alb, lags of this state and this code. <br />~2~. Each invalid or wheel-chaix coach shall be equipped <br />with adequate tie down facilities, to maintain the wheel chairs <br />transported therein in a stationery position. <br />~=3~. The in~`alid or wheel-chair coach shall not carry <br />e~riergency warning lights or siren. <br />section ~.2.
