I'S ~~3 An Ordinance vacating the follawa~ng described public utility easement to-wit: The northerly seen feet of Lot 2, Block 2, and the southerly seven feet of Lot ~4, .lock 2 of Bar-- bre Estates as platted and recorded in Book 34, Page 4, Lane County Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon. EXCEPT the thirty foot public utility. and drain- age easement along the northwesterly corner of Lat 2, Block 2 and the westerly line of Lot 4, Block 2 of Barbre Estates as platted and recorded in Book 34, Page 4, Lane County Plat Records, Lane .County, Oregon. :Kirk - Ev $l~-5 } On the 22nd day of duly, 1981, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No.,1838Q setting a hearing to be held an the 9th day of September, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remon- strances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to the ordnance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 9th day of September, 1981, at Noon, Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated h:a~re cor~sehted, to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGE~~ DOES q~DATN AS FOLLQWS: Section 1.
