<br />Z 81-9 <br />Ar- eft <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 227.215 and Sections 9.278 and 9.668 <br />through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authority <br />and responsibility,~subject to the limitations contained therein, to change <br />the zoning classification of property within the City of Eugene; <br />Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans- <br />mitted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission <br />and this City Council, the request for zone change classification is in con- <br />formance with the General Plan; there i s a publ is need for the change in zone; <br />and the public need can best be served by changing the classification of the <br />property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its own the <br />specific affirmative findings contained in the Planning Department staff notes <br />of August 11, 1981 and the Planning Commission minutes of Augustr 11, 1981 <br />for the reasons set forth therein, and <br />... ..+ n r.w^, ,n ,W ,.~ ~A~r,1~ rrn~w A1tin A T.^ n n I"AI 1 /'RI If'~ <br />I Ht U1 I ~ Ur tuUt~lt uut5 unuH~~~ H~ ru~~~~w~: <br />Section 1. As provided by Section 9.275 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the <br />zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes are hereby <br />amended to reflect the following change of zone: <br />Portion of Tax Lot lOl--Assessor's Map 17-03-16, located generally east <br />of Kinney Loop between Coburg Road and Game Farm Road, north of Beltline. <br />Change of zone from County AGT Agricultural, Grazing, and Timber-Raising <br />District to R-31PD Multiple-Family Residential District with Planned <br />Unit Development Procedures, <br />Section 2. The Planning Director be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause the zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes. <br />attached to Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, to show the foregoing <br />ORDINANCE--Page 1 of 2 <br />
