Subsection ~.2~ of Section 5.990 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />5.990 Penalties - Specific. <br />~2} Violation of Sections 5.060 to 5.155, 5.540, 5.550 <br />and 5.555, and 5.620 to 5.625, is punishable by fine not to ex- <br />ceed $100. <br />Section 5.
