.. <br />1887' <br />The City Council has established. the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 thra~gh 1.180 of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />P~otice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed o~-~ners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance ~~rith the provisions of~Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene. City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />TIE CITY OF EOGEr~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. That the total cast of paving & constructing sidewalk an <br />Martin Street from ~dest Amazon to Center flay. <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~63,~63.33 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section ~.
