18F175 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating 1oca1 <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through x.180 of the Eugene pity <br />Cade; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore du1 <br />y <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them, <br />TAE CITY OF EUGE~~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
