. <br />~ ~ <br />18s~~ <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />imprcver~ent assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.780 of the Eogene City <br />Cade; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the o~rners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances~thereta and has fully considered them. <br />" THE CITY OF EllCEP~E GOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cast of street paving an Orr Lane from 19th <br />Avenue to nweni~e <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ b5,145.31 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />rifles hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />Cane County, Oregon, to-wit: <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
