<br />passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
<br />of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an ordinance setting a hearing to
<br />be held on the 1Sth day of November, 19$1, at 12:4w noon., Pacific
<br />Standard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Ha~.l, Eugene, Oregon,
<br />for the purpose of hearing ren~onstra~ces and protests against the
<br />vacation by ordinance of~the City Council of the following:

<br />Oregon; thence ~~~orth along the East line of said Lot

<br />with the South line of said Zot ll, a distance of 160
<br />feet; thence South parallel with the East line of
<br />said Lot ll, a distance of ~.7, 0 feet; thence East
