ORDINANCE NO. ~S~F ~a <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ACTIVITIES 4N STREETS AND <br />SIDEWALKS; AND AMENDING SECTION 4.564 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FaLL4WS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~.3} of Section 4.
