1 &898 <br />Section 2. The hearing was held on the 9th day of December, <br />1981, at noon, Pacific Standard Tame, at the Council. Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County., Oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described public utility easement <br />is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement sa vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
