18902 <br />as herein set out, state the date when this ordinance was passed, <br />the name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, and the <br />date when the petition, together with any objections or remon- <br />strances which may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder <br />of the City of Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be <br />heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post, or cause to <br />be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a cop~r of <br />the foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Public Utility <br />Easement vacation," and which notice shall be posted in at least <br />two conspicuous places ~.n or on thfe area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty--eight ~28~ days before the time set <br />for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />16th day of December, l9 81 <br />~~~ ~ ~~~ <br />City Recorde <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />16th day of December, 1981 <br />E <br />Mayor <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
